1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
When you make an appointment with a team member, we’ll schedule a time and ensure that a team member arrives on time.
2. PROJECT PROPOSAL AND QUOTE
Our sales team will prepare a project proposal and detailed quote, so you are well informed of all necessary costs.
3. PLAN, LAYOUT AND ACCESSORY CONSULTATION
Once you’re ready to commence work, we’ll arrange any plans, layouts and accessories required for the job. At this stage, we will also arrange Home Warranty Insurance (for jobs over $20,000).
4. STRIP OUT AND DEMOLITION
First we’ll lay NEW drop sheets, (floor coverings and plastics) to protect your floors from damage and to minimise any mess. We will then remove any old toilets, vanities, baths or showers, followed by the removal of wall and floor tiles.
5. ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING INSTALLATION
Our skilled trades people will install any new pipes and electrical wires required, in preparation for the accessories to be installed. All work will be completed to Australian standards in accordance to the latest building codes.
6. WATERPROOFING
Here’s where we vacuum and apply a primer coating to your floor, followed by multiple coats of a special waterproofing membrane. This coating is applied to the entire floor surface and all wet areas.
7. WALL AND FLOOR TILING
Once the waterproofing has dried, we level the floor with cement, in preparation for the floor tiling. Wall and floor tiles are then installed, leveled and set into place with special glue. Once the glue has dried, we will apply the grout to fill all gaps between the tiles.
8. INSTALLATION OF BATHROOM ACCESSORIES AND FITTINGS
Next we install any specified accessories, such as – toilet, shower screen, bath, towel rail, vanity, hooks, soap holder, shelves, exhaust fan. All accessories are installed according to your specific requirements and to Australian Standards.
9. QUALITY ASSURANCE CHECK
Once the job is complete, we will then conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that the renovation meets our high standards.
10. YOUR AMAZING BATHROOM IS NOW COMPLETE
Now you can relax and enjoy your new bathroom.
